I am thrilled to be taking my show on the road in Oct/Nov, with a handful of regional VIC dates and a show in Eora/Sydney.
Some of the shows will be a 90min extended, live electronics set, spanning my entire back catalogue. Other shows (indicated as “sound baths”) will be something different – a performance of my new album, in full, as a 75min, acoustic sound bath. Whereas the other shows will be more akin to a traditional gig, these will be more of a formal meditation practice; lying down, eyes closed. 🫠
“in all her forms (sound meditations vol. 2)” is a one hour, seamless sound bath album with electronic elements, and a common thread of field recordings of water in some form – from rain to the ocean, snow to underwater, and back again – it represents the cyclical nature of water and its ability to shift from state to state while retaining its essence of H20. The album is out on Constellation Tatsu on 6 October digitally and on cassette and CD. Vinyl presales available through my Bandcamp.
For the Naarm/Melbourne and Red Hill shows, I will be joined by the brilliant My Lovely Haunting on support duties, and the show will be enhanced with immersive lighting and staging from Raconteur Melbourne ✨
