IKSRE (I Keep Seeing Rainbows Everywhere) is the solo moniker of Naarm/Melbourne-based vocalist, violist, producer and sound alchemist (dip. Sound Healing Academy, Cornwall), Phoebe Dubar. She combines ethereal vocals with lush strings, bass-forward synths and sound healing instruments with field recordings, to create a unique, ambient, neo-classical pop sound.
